We have developed a variety of swimming lessons for adults to accommodate all skill levels from complete beginners, who are learning to swim for the first time, to athletes who are looking to improve their swimming technique and skills.

We are extremely experienced in helping people to overcome fear of water. We take every step possible to help you to feel comfortable in the water. We also cater for ladies only swimming lessons and support the need to swim with the body fully covered.
